The conference will be in the Low Wood Hotel. near Ambleside, Cumbria. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the hotel at the special rate of £474.47+VAT =£557.50 for all 5 nights of the conference. This price includes a room, full English breakfast, 3 course table d'hote evening meal, use of the leisure club and a supplement for the conference banquet on the Thursday night. For twin occupancy, the corresponding conference rate is £368.09+VAT=£432.50 per person. Please note the Low Wood has recently made all guest bedrooms non-smoking.

If you wish to stay at the Low Wood Hotel please indicate on the registration form. This will require a deposit of £110 with your registration fee.

Please note that the conference registration fee will include lunch for all participants regardless of where they are staying.
